Petit Point is a Traditional Zuni Technique where the stones are hand carved into long narrow teardrop shaped stones and placed together to form a beautiful pattern.
The Zuni view turquoise as a piece of the sky that has fallen to earth. Spiritually, turquoise is considered a stone of wholeness, promoting a sense of unity of the self.
